Personally I am still waiting for my pre-purchased email to get me
into it to play, but I found this link in another post that actually
lists all the new features, plus re-states all the old features of the
deluxe version.  Hope this helps.

Oh and somewhere in one of these posts Geoff mentions that the free
pre-release of Legacy Charting will expire on 15th June. :(  Hope I'm
into it before then.
