Hi Linda, Now that is getting to be a long time, but I am sure that you will have read Ken's comments on LUG and and in the Legacy Newsletter explaining the situation. One thing is for sure LUG is unable to help in these matters and the only recourse is to contact Sales.
BTW the comment in my email was not really directed at yourself, but many were complaining about a delay of a very few hours. I take it that you know the delux code is downloaded in the standard and all that is needed is your key to unlock the delux bit ie. if you download the standard you will not have to download again. I'd give it another day and then check with sales.
