Sorry - that was a confusing question. To clarify:
There are now 4 types of attachments in Legacy:
Picture
Video
Sound
File
The first three show up on the SCRAPBOOK list. And any file that is
attached(linked) via the Picture, Video, or Sound buttons will show up in
this scrapbook list (doesn't matter if the file is ACTUALLY a picture,
video, or sound or something else). But if a file is attached via the FILE
button, it won't show up on the scrapbook list (at least some of mine
don't) - and there's no check box on the SCRAPBOOK page to include them.

Bob,
In Legacy 7, I have a sound file that does show up at the _end_ of the
list created using your instructions.
My printed list shows the file path where the file is located on my
harddrive and using the RIN in the Legacy INDEX list, I can quickly jump
to the person with the attached sound file. Please see the example below.
Is this the type of list you were asking about?

[I need to go in and change the files noted under Video to the proper
file attachment, as these were attached originally in Legacy 6]

Looks like this will not work to show FILE attachment locations!
(Bummer).
If anyone figures out a way to include them - let us know.
You can get a list of other attachment filenames/locations (pics, sounds,
video) by doing the below. And since you are looking for "Files" that are
attached as a "sound" , this should work for you.
VIEW
SCRAPBOOK
Check the options desired (i.e.: you could probably just check SOUND files
in this case)
Print Picture List
Check the options desired
Preview it on screen, or print it, *or*:
Check the "TEXT FILE" and then "print" it. You can then load the result
into Word or Excel and sort/slice/dice.

Anyone found a way to find all individuals with a sound file? Would
like to change those to document files and dump the Sound reference
(except where I actually have a recorded sound) but can not find a way
to do that. For that matter - I cannot seem to see a way to find
those with or without picture files.
Thanks
Keith
