It moved? I found it. Go to Forms Center, Relationship Diagrams, choose 
language, print or preview.

Oh, that one!  You can find it by going to Reports - Books/Other, select 
the Forms Centre button under Blank Charts and then click on  the + next 
to Relationship Diagrams and select the language you want..
