Do you mean in Picture Gallery, when you click on the Picture icon on
the Individual's Information screen?
If so, all you do is click on a picture you want to move and drag it
over to the place where you want it to be. Note that when you do this,
the picture in the place you are moving *to* will not exchange places
with the one you are moving, it will move down a space. In other words,
if you have 4 pictures in the gallery, let us say 1, 2, 3 and 4 and you
drag 4 over on top of 1 and drop it, your pictures will then be in the
order 4, 1, 2 3.
