What is the name of the font that is not working? The developers can't see the problem unless they see this for themselves.

I can duplicate this, but only after changing my font to something that will force that to occur. The programmers can't accommodate every font out there. (Not even Word / Excel will accommodate every font available!) It would be easier to stick with fonts that do work.
