IMHO, it needs to be a leap year to recognize it as good. You did not mention the year in your note. If you are working in the pre-1776 years, there were leap years that were used in only some of the countries in Europe. The Catholic countries started having LY a couple of decades before the protestant places. You might Google on leap year to get specifics for more details. I don't know which countries' LY rules Legacy uses. Rich in LA CA
