Tish, I may be mistaken, but are you asking how to upgrade to IE7 (Internet Explorer v7)... ? (instead of Outlook 7; I don't think there is such a program).
If it is IE7 you are wanting (for use with Legacy's mapping features) then you can go to Microsoft's website and get the download (free). If you have IE6 installed I 'think' there may be a link to upgrade, likely in the Help menu, but I'm not 100% sure about that...
