Index View is one of the tabs (Family, Pedigree, Descendant, .... )
On Index, you can select OPTIONS, CUSTOMIZE COLUMNS
The NAME LIST isn't flexible with columns like INDEX is, but NAME LIST shows
you other goodies on the tabs along the right.
