Dede: Once again, thanks for checking this out. However, those are exactly the same steps/options that I've followed and the source citation still prints 8 times. I wonder if it could be a bug associated only with the 1910 US census SourceWriter template?
As a further aggravation, when I convert *any* Descendant Book Reports to rtf files, a portion of the formatting is lost. The citations no longer start on a new page with the "Source Citations" heading, the text of each citation all runs together in one long paragraph, there is no spacing between citations and no period with two spaces after the source number. In general, it looks very little like the report viewed in Legacy. I'm sorry to be "bugging" you with my bugs, but I do really appreciate your double-checking these problems. Kirsten, I've been experimenting with this and here's what I've come up with: If you choose Descendant report from the Books-Other tab of the main report window- then choose Report Options at the bottom, click on the Sources tab and choose "Print Source Citations as Endnotes" the details will only show up the first time for sources created using the census template on the SourceWriter. If you choose Print Source Citations as Footnotes, the details will print for every citation of that source. Does this help?
