I don't know if this is any help but since Legacy 6 I have always let it install in the default location. My Legacy Charting is installed in C:\Legacy\Legacychart7 and the update went fine for me and seems to be working well. Not sure why yours is different. I'm using XP.
Hope you get it solved soon. -- Al Mallory Whitby, Ontario On Mon, Jul 7, 2008 at 6:28 PM, Jenny M Benson <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > As a couple of LUGger have kindly contacted me off-list with suggestions > which have not solved my problem, I thought it might be useful to elaborate > on the exact steps I have taken. > > 1 Confirmed that the Registry entry for Charting is correctly showing the > install path as C:\Legacy > 2 Deleted the Charting installation from C:\Program > Files\Millennia\LegacyCharting7 by using the Uninstall.exe from within that > folder. > 3.
