Matt, I installed Legacy V7 on two computers, one with WindowsXP and one with Windows Vista, and my locations were not automatically geo coded. Are you sure you didn't geo code your file?
I think you have two alternatives. Either blank out the coordinates for each location manually or reinstall Legacy V7 and use restore your family files from Legacy V6.
