Many, many thanks! I doubt if you can do this in Legacy (other than manually). Since this would involve the insertion of an address row in tblAR and an update to the corresponding pointer in tblIR, it would probably take a small program to accomplish ... or a pretty complicated MS Access query. -- Dennis Kowallek [EMAIL PROTECTED] P.S.
