Will, As I understand it, this is a problem associated with Access and is generally caused by trying to open file when it is already in use. If, as seems likely, you haven't opened this file from elsewhere then it is possibly caused by Legacy trying to open the next file before the current one is closed. I don't know how to overcome this but other workarounds, which may be applicable, are in the Archives.
