According to _EE_ you adapt the Artifacts format for the citation, note the
absence of the newspaper name, date, etc., but include the provenance of the
clipping.  The example given looks something like this (with some details
omitted):

"F. J. Hensel, Sr., is Dead at 80," undated clipping, ca. mid-1950s, from
unidentified newspaper; Walls Family Papers, privately held by . . .
Inherited in 1992 by . . . from . . . [relationship]"
