I never use that choice. For myself, I use 1-3 for
temporary tags. 4 for end of line (no parent), 5 for
find 'current' death - SSDI - other, 7 for Swedish, 8
for Norwegian, 9 my 'direct' line. Some of the ones I
created in the past, have been turned into focus
groups, because of the number of tags available. 
When needed, I can clear 1-3 separately, using untag
and a number.
