This evening I have produced a Full Fan report for myself and at the time one of my 3x great grandmothers was missing. I then added her (first name only) to my database and refreshed the chart but she did not appear. I changed chart types, increased # of generations and back etc. all to no avail. I then closed the chart and re launched legacy charting to find she was now there. It would therefore seem the refresh is not working.
