Fixed it. Thanks. When I tried to edit the sentence before I used parentheses instead of brackets around HisHer. Works fine now. Thanks everyone.

I In Report Options open the tab for Wording 1 and check what is written for Individual Events. I have edited mine to read "Noted events in [Firstname]'s life were:" but if you want "his" and "her" your sentence should read "Noted events in [HisHer] life were:" If your sentence is correct as above I can only presume you have some people with the wrong sex selected as I cannot reproduce your error. -- Jenny M Benson Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages: http://www.mail-archive.com/legacyusergroup@legacyfamilytree.com/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp To unsubscribe: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/LegacyLists.asp Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages: http://www.mail-archive.com/legacyusergroup@legacyfamilytree.com/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp To unsubscribe: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/LegacyLists.asp
