Assuming you are talking about All Reports, Descendant Book
Then chose the bottom middle icon (Report Options), go to the "Include" tab
and make sure the "Other spouses" box is checked. This should fix your problem.

the other spouse and separate branches were show for each

Legacy 7, probably has a similar, or better, report ... I just can find how
to do such. Call it a 'bad reading day.'
