We have recently printed some large family trees created by a customer using
Legacy Charting Companion.
The charts were sent to us as "ready to print" and saved as .lwc tree chart
files.
There were quite a few photos on the trees and it's become apparent after
printing that 2 out of the 3 charts have one photo missing after they have
been printed.
That is to say that the photo ( a different photo for differing people) can
be seen on screen prior to printing but when the chart is printed the photo
is not there.
Is there a reason why this could happen.
