Jean:

Have you looked at Reports > Source Citation Listing?  That's very close to
an EE-style bibliography but lacks the hanging indent--which I believe is a
"buglet" that's due to be corrected.  Possibly the hanging indent issue
could be the "presentation problem" that Ron refers to.
