Richard, It looks as though this problem was missed in the updates. I have tried all the ways I can think of to get this to work and cannot. I suggest that you report this as a bug. (Legacy Tab - bottom right.)

My problem is I have a female who wishes to keep her maiden name and no matter what I do, her surname on this report is that of her husband’s. The options that I have chosen on the Marriage Information screen are: Wife’s married name – I have chosen the maiden name In the drop-down list immediately below I have left 0 – None –don’t generate married names Also the tick box this couple did not marry is ticked. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?
