Elizabeth, Off the top of my head, I don't think one can cram it onto one page. I would be concentrating of Charting for a solution. But, as I read further through your post, it would seem that your niece had the interest to rewrite the chart in a way which suited her, and congratulations to her. Would this be an embryonic interest, or has she always had an interest? Could this be a new way of generating interest in the subject :-).
