Phil
Thank you very much for the help and tips! I'm going to buy the
training videos. They sound like they would be very helpful.

Kathy, welcome to Legacy. It appears that you found as most of us
did, when you transfer from one genealogy software things show up in
the funniest places. At first I thought that I'd made a mistake in
buying Legacy. Most of the errors were because I didn't enter them
into the right fields in that other genealogy software.
Answering some of your questions:
Census Records: Geoff Rasmusson in one of his Legacy training
video's shows how to enter the census records as an event. All of
the information is entered in an event screen. Then copy it and
paste it to each of the other people listed in the census. Each
person has the same Source and the same data and you only enter it
once. You do have to enter the event title, date and place. then
just paste in the event screen.
Cemetery data: The way I enter cemetery information is to click on
the cross + to the far right of the Burial line in an individual
page. There you may enter the name of the cemetery, the address of
same and even pictures relating to the burial such as an overall
picture of the cemetery and a gravestone picture. The obituary is a
good addition here also.
Good luck,
Phil
