Apart from it being Bannockburn <g>, I'd also include the county as
Stirlingshire, i.e.

Milltown, Bannockburn, Stirlingshire, Scotland.

Milltown, Bannocburn, Scotland is perfectly correct. I understand you to mean
that it does not work in the Geo Location Database, and you are correct
(although I haven't tried this one). This is because it is an American designed
Database for American locations. It does not work  for the UK and most locations
in Europe, if only because we do not have states - we have countries.
