After the Geek Squad fixed my computer I did 5 or more back ups with no problem. Yesterday I did some data entry and received error 91 when I backed up. I then ticked the back up multimedia files even tho I do not have any and it backed up successfully. Perhaps the first 5 or more that were without error 91 was because I did not do data entry? Perhaps ticking the back up multimedia files removed error 91? Ann Parsons
