The answer to your question is in the Legacy Help file, which I would suggest
be the first place to look when you have a question about the program.
To access the Help info for PDF files:
Click on Help Menu
Show Help Index
Select Index Tab
Type in keyword: (in this case PDF)
Highlight topic
Click on Display (at bottom of topic list)
The results will tell you that to create a PDF file:
>From Publish (or any relevant report), select PDF format (bottom of right hand
>side of Publish window)
Click on Create
Name the file
Save the file...
