Linda,
 
Your last paragraph is good advice for anybody using Legacy for the first time, 
even without downloading an existing database - and not just left clicking 
either as there are many functions available with right clicking. It is worth 
remembering that the Help Files are usually more up to date than the manuals 
since they are generally changed when updates arise.
 
A Sample File is provided for this exercise.
