There is not a lot more I can say. Go to Start>My Computer>Local Disc (C) and 
click it. You will see a host of folders, one of which is called 'Legacy' 
double click to open it.
 
After the folders are a lot of files, many of which have the '.usr' extension 
ie. 'name.usr'. These are the usr files to which the instruction refers.
