Mary, I take it that you fist hignlighted the text which you wished to copy. Note also that it must be in a text format eg. a '.txt' extension or similar (and not PDF or jpg etc). I see that it is also in Polish. Some of their characters cannot be printed in Legacy - I think it is Rich who can be more specific about which, and the effects of copy/paste in these circumstances.
