Or you could use Alt + Tab to cycle through your open programs. Put thumb on alt and use a finger to hit Tab repeatedly.

Sorry, I'm not talking about the Taskbar icon, I have no problems with that. I'm talking about clicking on the Desktop icon when the program is already loaded but minimized. It
doesn't load then.
