There are several ways to reach Gen-Medieval. Start with: http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~medieval/.

You can use a news group if you wish, but I prefer using Google Groups: http://groups.google.com/group/soc.genealogy.medieval/topics?hl=en.

Chris Phillips site is incredible: http://www.medievalgenealogy.org.uk/. You can get on his list to be emailed when he updates the site.

The url for CP corrections and additions is: http://www.medievalgenealogy.org.uk/cp/index.shtml.

He no longer posts to Gen-Medieval because some of the other posters insulted him far too often. It is a very scholarly group, and, like many such, egos are large (justifiably), and insults sometimes match. Just ignore when that happens.

It is such a delight to have many of the erudite researchers in England quoting from actual documents! Enjoy!

Would whoever it was who mentioned "Gen-Medieval" and "Chris Phillips site" mind writing to me off-list and cluing me in on these sites?
Most appreciated.
