You are accurate (kind of), but LDS is opening access to the link at a 'safe' pace, which means adding more hardware, etc., as available. In the testing phase, non-church members were invited to join in the project, (I declined) but the plan, had an open by regions 'flavor' to it. I watch the various e-mails and blogs, so hope to hear when available. I use the 'old' link in my 'Internet connections', and have noticed there seems to be more data. I do not know if I am in it already (?) Not worried. Rich in LA CA
