First, are you planning to put it to paper or disc? I guess paper, and work with that. Go to Reports, Publishing center. Explore the various options. Then use Preview to decide. You may want to make personalized reports and print the first five generations for everyone, and then tack on the sixth plus to each person. I would give everyone everything. You will see the report also has choices for privacy to use. Rich in LA CA
