This sounds silly, but is there room for the icon there?
I notice that the icon is hard up against the left edge of the window
and I am thinking that if your Legacy window is somehow slightly
off-centre the Bookmark icon may be just off-screen. If your first
Quick Bookmark is well away from the edge of the screen then this is not
the case and I can only think it was faulty installation.
