Though some will tell you otherwise, 33 Brisbane Street, Launceston, Tasmania, Australia works just fine.
I use as many parts of the address as is appropriate FOR THE ADDRESS, without regard to 4 segments. If the address calls for 3 segments, that's what it gets. If it calls for 5 or more segments that works also. For locating on the map using 4 segments does not guarantee automatic results, so even those sometime require manual locating. Although the street name has been changed, "717 Millman St., Peoria, Peoria, Illinois, USA" points directly to the house that I lived in in 1945.
