Joyce,
I would suggest copying the file to your legacy\images folder - and
also that your options-customise-locations points to the correct
directory.
I know it's a jpg, but make sure also it's not bigger than you need it
to be. I make my pictures for legacy 200 wide only, at 72dpi. Of
course keep the original as your archinve copy.
