Thanks, CE WOOD, for your comments. After I sent in my query, I re-read all the posts hanging onto this thread and noticed that you were asking about Name view, not Index view. Someone else answered about the Index view (which I happened to be in at the time...) and when I tried it, it didn't work. After more back & forth, I did get it to work OK in the Name view.
You are right, I wasn't shouting. If I was shouting it would have all been in caps. Now I am afraid to use any kind of emphasis.
