During a mad fit of disk-tidying, I have inadvertently over-written a Legacy
7 database with an earlier Legacy 6 version of the same database. My latest
back-up of the legacy 7 database was about 2 months ago.

Before I bite the bullet and restore from the backup (and lose the last two
months additions), I thought I might ask the Legacy list about any special
tricks or tips to recover the recently overwritten file. Any copies lurking
in some cache location or in the recycle bin?
