Having done this in the past, here are some tricks to identify them. Start with 'Name List'. Choose 'Print'. 'Customize Display'. Replace 'blank's with these field names. Marriage: 1st Spouse Name, 2nd and 3rd. Any duplicate errors should be obvious. NEVER delete anyone, only UNLINK until you are positive .you will never need tnem back. In re-reading your message, are you saying Mary Smith has RIN 1 and 312; or that Mary has 3 sources, identical except for typos; or Mary has identical events? Frequently, I answer when I understand what is being asked, or wait a day to see if I was the only person not understanding. Sometimes it is a difference of dialects, British, American, Aussie, etc. I will answer, if available, all '2nd' questions, especially on the weekends. Hope this helps. Rich in LA CA
