How you track the sources (Basic or SW) is a choice, but I would treat them as letters recieved which I Source as ex: Smith, John 31 Dec 2008 13:00; so other documents from the same person sort properly. That way both snail mail and e-mail will sort together, telephone 'transcriptions' fit in also. Rich in LA CA
