I have just fiished the new download 7.0.0.97 10 Jul 2009, and I am guessing it is a spacing error, since I can access both fields in the Name List; Edit drop down. This 'band-aid' is available and they can be 'viewed' in different places, so this is IMHO an oversight and no data has been 'lost'. Hopefully it will be reversed soon, but at least there is a work-around. Rich in LA CA
