That would be in your settings in your computer proper,
it may take some snooping around in settings and so forth
but somewhere in there it'll say "screen resolution". or "adjust screen size"

Sounds like you need to adjust your screen resolution so things "fit" better.

  Hope This Helps,

Subject: [LegacyUG] Strange happenings to my program

Hi,

The strangest thing is happening to my Legacy Program version 7.0.0.103.

About two weeks ago I got a new Notebook with a 17.5 cm screen and it has taken me this long to get all my programs from my old computer up and running BUT when I open Legacy, I cannot get a complete window to open correctly.

I have tried every which way to get the window to be a complete one - this is the first window Legacy opens, either at Legacy Home and/or Family.

The top and the left side of the window are correct, but the right side will NOT extend to the edge of the program window. It stops around about the middle of the second Tag square and no amount of trying to pull the window to the left it will not extend.

Consequently I cannot see the 4th icon in the marriage line.

Also I am unable to extend the bottom of the Legacy window.
I have the children set up to show two rows of 5 = 10! But all I can see is 4 1/2 children, with no possibility of being able to get to any child that is number 11 or over, the down arrow not being visible. ( I have a number of families that have had over 10 children)

Next, I cannot see the whole line under the childrens window that begins with a 'book' icon and only half of the number 1,2,3, indi tag1, marr tag 1.

And finally I only have half the bottom line showing.

Can anyone please tell me how to get the full picture window back.

Just about all the other windows within the program are also 'stuffed' up! e.g. Individuals Information, Marriage Information, Index, etc.

NB: the double headed cursor arrow on the edge of the window does not work, in dragging the edge of the data inside the window are the same, the edge slides out but no more data are revealed.
