Ruth, Quick reply before I go to work - I just checked and cannot duplicate this problem. I do have the latest update 7.0.0.103 and I am using Windows XP. I recall another thread that mentions a problem similar to this just recently, (may still be a current thread) and I think it was associated with Vista. You might check the most recent archives to see what was said.
