I have the Deluxe version and I had a look at what you suggested and I am
still only allowed three tags!

You can enable the tagging functions in Options > Customize > General and
check the box . In standard version you have only three, in Deluxe all 9.

Which version of Legacy are you using? I have 7.0.0.103 and they do not
show in my Individual Information screen.
