We've seen reports of blank lines in the History List but not the Index tab or Name List.
Try backing up your Family File then doing File > File Maintenance > Check/Repair. Check the Updates section of the Legacy Home tab to make sure you have the most recent build 7.0.0.109 Thanks for using Legacy.
