There is a SourceWriter template for message boards/forums that I used to create a Master Source for Facebook. In step two I named it Facebook, Name of Forum = Facebook Type= social Network URL= www.facebook.com There is also a generic Internet template with a sub-option of Chats and archived transcripts that you could use.
