Some email programs will break the link because it exceeds their
maximum line length. The solution is to copy and paste, twice. Here is
how you do it.

First, highlight the first line of the link, copy it, and paste it
into the address bar. Do not hit the enter key. You should see:

http://mail.legacyusers.com/public/optin.aspx?id=b2d3aa81e56e4b8286de812155f

Next highlight the second line of the URL, copy it and paste it at the
end of the first one in your browser address bar. Make sure there is
no space between the two addresses.

So, where your first line ends in 155f, the full URL would appear as"
http://mail.legacyusers.com...155f62641&ml=3&domain=LegacyUsers.com

(The ... indicates what is already there but I can't duplicate it here
since the line would again be too long.)

Now hit the enter key and you should get to the correct page.
