Well, I have a mixed bag in my file and I am trying to clean things up. Legacy's standard format is: "Cleveland, Cuyahoga, Ohio, USA" But I want that to read: "Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, OH, USA"
I like having the work "county" in the location, to remove ambiguity about whether it's a town or county.
