I had accessed the Descendant reports through the icon Reports. Once I went
to Reports>Books and Others, I could save in .rtf format. Thanks everyone.

Gary,

No, it is available in both. You will find it on the opening screen in the
panel on the right hand side. You are not, by any chance, looking at the
Descendant Chart Report are you, that is not available in rtf.

Subject: [LegacyUG] Free version vs Deluxe

I am trying out Legacy Standard(free) version and I am a little confused on
report outputs. When I first installed the program, I was prompted to
continue with the standard version or purchase the deluxe version. I chose
the free version and I was able to create and save a “descendant” report in
.rtf format. However, when I went into the program today and tried to
output a report in .rtf, the option to create the report in .rtf was not
listed in the program.
Is the ability to create .rtf documents only available in the Deluxe
version?

Gary
